Senior Manager, GTM Systems

Job Summary

To support the scaling of go-to-market operations, the full-time remote Senior Manager, GTM Systems will manage systems architecture and strategy, focusing on optimizing tools and workflows around Salesforce and integrated systems while collaborating closely with the Business Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the business systems roadmap, prioritizing optimization opportunities and new tool implementations
• Oversee the administration and operational support of all tools in the business operations stack, ensuring seamless data flow and integration
• Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation and data governance frameworks to support compliance and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce strategy experience with advanced technical skills in systems architecture
• Experience managing multiple systems and integrations, including CRM, Marketing, and BI tools
• Proven track record of leading application implementations and eliminating data quality issues at scale
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• Hands-on experience with CPQ systems, preferably Nue CPQ
