Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Remote Hardware Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a regional team of technical support engineers to deliver excellent customer support
  • Oversee and prioritize hardware support service requests and customer escalations
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for product and support resolution paths
Required Qualifications
  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area
  • Four or more years of people management or technical lead experience
  • Experience in Customer Service and Technical Support in large corporations
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing remote teams
  • Familiarity with Oracle Hardware product suite is a strong plus
