Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Remote Hardware Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a regional team of technical support engineers to deliver excellent customer support
- Oversee and prioritize hardware support service requests and customer escalations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for product and support resolution paths
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area
- Four or more years of people management or technical lead experience
- Experience in Customer Service and Technical Support in large corporations
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing remote teams
- Familiarity with Oracle Hardware product suite is a strong plus
