Senior Manager, HCP Operations

Job Summary

Managing promotional programs remotely, the full-time Senior Manager, HCP Operations will oversee cross-functional initiatives, engage with various teams to ensure compliance, and manage vendor performance while providing operational support to marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage logistics vendor for successful execution of bureau activities, including speaker nominations and program confirmations
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide operational support for Promotional Speaker Program initiatives and ensure compliance with business rules
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct quarterly business review meetings to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience managing vendors and IT projects
• Strong knowledge of Promotional Speaker Programs
• Hands-on experience with sales force automation systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
