Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or outcome research, with 2 years in management
• Strong expertise in the US healthcare landscape, particularly in payer and provider domains
• Proven ability to engage credibly in customer-facing and executive settings
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets and analytical tools
• Experience mentoring and developing a team or function over time
