Senior Manager, Health Analytics

Job Summary

To establish a new analytics function, the full-time Senior Manager, Health Analytics will lead end-to-end analytical projects, translating business questions into data-driven insights while mentoring a team and collaborating with stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a senior thought partner by translating core business questions into clear, data-driven answers
• Lead analytical work from framing questions to delivering narratives and recommendations for decision-making
• Build and lead a strategic health analytics function, establishing standards and long-term direction for the team

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or outcome research, including 2 years of people management experience
• Strong expertise in the US healthcare landscape, particularly in the payer and provider space
• Proven ability to operate credibly in customer-facing and executive-facing settings
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets
• Experience with analytical and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, and proficiency in a scripting language like Python or R
