Senior Manager Health Plan Technology

Job Summary

Driving growth across strategic provider and health plan accounts, the full-time Senior Manager, Health Plan Technology will create and close new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and provide functional guidance on technology implementations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior payer-functional and technology subject matter expert on client engagements, including Epic Payer Platform and Tapestry implementations
• Advise health-plan executives on platform and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with regulatory readiness and value-based care enablement
• Support business development through pre-sales technical conversations, RFP responses, and solution shaping while mentoring junior consultants on payer functional depth

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of enterprise healthcare sales experience with providers, health systems, or healthcare technology organizations
• Direct experience implementing Epic Payer Platform or Tapestry at a health plan as a functional or technology lead
• Working knowledge of core admin platforms and interface engines in the payer technology landscape
• Functional depth in areas such as utilization management, claims configuration, or risk adjustment
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or healthcare-focused graduate degree preferred
