Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
• Manage stakeholder expectations and oversee the development efforts in collaboration with business and technical partners
• Mentor and manage a team of analysts while ensuring alignment of deliverables with business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and data management
• Experience with SQL or other coding languages, including table creation and indexing
• Preferred knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as SAS or Teradata
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior analysts
