Senior Manager, Healthcare Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Senior Manager, Healthcare Analytics will drive the execution of analytics strategy by managing enterprise-wide projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to improve business performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of analytics projects, translating business goals into actionable solutions
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate development efforts with business and technical partners
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts while ensuring alignment of deliverables with strategic objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and managing large databases
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
• Experience in project management and change management processes
• Knowledge of business intelligence and visualization tools, preferably Microsoft PowerBI
