Senior Manager, Healthcare Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, U.S. Healthcare Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance contact for U.S. Value & Access, Market Access & Contracting, and Patient Access & Reimbursement teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and develop policies and practices to educate employees on compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on risk mitigation related to strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in compliance or legal supporting bio-pharmaceutical business, or equivalent experience with lower education levels
• Experience with FDA drug promotional requirements and U.S. privacy requirements
• Knowledge of the Federal False Claims Act and Federal anti-kickback statute
• Understanding of the commercial environment regarding biopharmaceutical products
• Ability to navigate a complex organization and prioritize tasks effectively
