Senior Manager - Higher Education Consulting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager for Higher Education Technical Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements
• Support clients during design, configuration, testing, and production efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Workday functional implementation experience
• Workday Partner Certification in Integrations or Workday Student required
• Previous AMS/Production Support experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
