Senior Manager, HLEX Advisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Program Managers, the full-time remote Senior Manager, HLEX Advisor will drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver value-based solutions to healthcare organizations through data-informed decision-making and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide consultative leadership and champion continuous improvement principles across client engagements
• Oversee program management and team leadership to ensure effective delivery of services
• Partner with laboratory leaders to identify and implement sustainable improvement opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree
• ASCP certification
• 9 or more years of experience in laboratory operations, analytics, or improvement
• 5 or more years of experience with Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Demonstrated experience in consultative roles with executive-level clients
