Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Hospitality FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the financial budgeting & planning process for the hospitality portfolio, emphasizing value creation
• Provide performance insights and guidance to drive strategic business initiatives for the hospitality leadership team
• Synthesize and communicate key financial insights to operational leaders and hospitality executives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with preferred experience in managing direct reports
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and develop insights
• Deep curiosity and passion for understanding and analyzing financial results
• Completion of a case study is required for candidates advancing to the final interview round
