Job Summary

To support strategic HR initiatives, the remote Senior Manager, HR Business Partner will serve as a key advisor to business leadership, fostering a high-performing culture and aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• 7+ years of human resource experience with 5+ years as an HR business partner required
• Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
