Senior Manager HR Business Partner

Job Summary

To support organizational effectiveness, the full-time Senior Manager HR Business Partner will lead organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and strategic HR consultation while working remotely from approved states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of organizational design initiatives, including conducting assessments and developing actionable recommendations
• Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, providing consultation on talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership challenges for assigned client groups
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of organizational design with strategic priorities and equity standards

Required qualifications

• 8 years of progressive experience in human resources focused on organizational design and HRBP roles, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with data analysis and project management, including translating strategic direction into detailed execution plans
• Familiarity with organizational design methodologies and compensation principles
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, for organizational reporting and analysis
