Job Summary
To enhance HR data governance, the full-time Senior Manager HR Data Governance will manage the end-to-end HR organizational data model, focusing on data accuracy, compliance, and the establishment of governance frameworks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the global HR organizational data governance framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Own governance of Organizational Assignments and establish approval processes for new organizational data elements
- Ensure data quality and integrity, leading audits and remediation efforts for organizational data
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, HR Data Management, or Enterprise Data Governance roles
- Demonstrated experience in designing and governing organizational structures in global HR systems
- Proven ability to balance business flexibility with data discipline in complex organizations
- Experience supporting reorganizations or operating model changes
