Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of HRIS professionals, providing coaching and collaboration
Design and optimize the HR technology ecosystem, focusing on innovation and standardization
Provide technical expertise, guidance, and process mapping leadership to the HR team

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
5-8 years experience with HR enabling systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Greenhouse, etc.)
Proven track record of successful design, implementation, and optimization of HCMS (Workday) and other HR systems
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and workflow automation and HR technology integrations
Experience using DOMO or PowerBI for data visualization and analysis
