Job Summary
Focusing on enhancing colleague experience and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Manager, HR Process Design will lead the redesign of HR operational processes, ensuring alignment with business needs while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the review and redesign of core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and leave management
- Translate business needs into HR operational requirements and implement process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights and prototype new process flows while maintaining process documentation
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR process design, HR operations, or HR transformation roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR lifecycle processes and service delivery models
- Experience with process mapping tools and HR systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
