A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the HR tech support function, including ticket intake, triage, and resolution
• Build AI-assisted workflows and maintain technical documentation for HR systems
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure reliable system triggers and data handoffs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical systems, integration engineering, IT, or HRIS roles
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and data pipelines
• Deep knowledge of ADP systems, including configuration and reporting
• Strong data fluency with experience in handling sensitive HR data
• Ability to work autonomously on complex, multi-system problems
