Job Summary
The full-time salaried Senior Manager, HR Systems will lead the strategy, design, and execution of people analytics capabilities within Workday, focusing on advanced analytics delivery and integration to support workforce data and insights.
Key responsibilities
- Design frameworks to connect business and people data for solving complex business problems
- Translate complex workforce questions into actionable dashboards and analytical models for leadership
- Establish reporting standards and analytics governance to ensure consistency and trust in workforce insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in HR Systems and/or People Analytics with deep hands-on Workday HCM experience
- Significant experience with Workday HR domain areas, including Prism and People Analytics
- Extensive experience and understanding of HR function and operational processes
- Experience with data visualization platforms and strong data analysis skills
