Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Technology, Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the functionality, data management, and reporting of HR information systems
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to recommend technological solutions for process automation and integration
• Oversee system upgrades and ensure compliance with best practices in change management and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• At least 6+ years of technical experience in HR technology systems implementation and optimization
• Deep understanding of system configurations and workflows within Dayforce
• Experience in conducting system integration testing and developing test plans
• Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities, including PowerBI and Excel
