Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 2-3 Workday HCM modules, overseeing process improvements and operational maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide Tier 3-level support for troubleshooting functional and configuration issues across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience with Workday HCM or similar HCM platforms
- Experience in evaluating and recommending new Workday features
- Proven ability to mentor and lead peers in knowledge sharing
- Demonstrable experience with Workday's Enterprise Interface Builder
- Extensive knowledge of project management and HRIS systems development methodologies
