Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, ServiceNow HR Product & Associate Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft product vision and strategies across multiple Service Now Domains
• Drive product lifecycle from ideation to deployment while collaborating with multiple teams
• Own and manage the product backlog and provide business requirements for tech implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Human resources, Project Management, Product Management, and/or talent acquisition
• Proven experience translating business problems into actionable business requirements
• Advanced skills in creating product roadmaps and familiarity with HRIS and Workday Recruit
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
