• 6+ years of experience in human capital strategy and organizational development
• Experience in designing and implementing change management plans
• Ability to assess organizational structure and develop feasible options for change
• Comfort with working independently on high impact projects
• Readiness to lead cross-functional projects and manage individual employee issues
