Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership in HR technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, HRIS will oversee Workday configuration and integration while acting as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design and configuration of Workday modules, ensuring scalability and compliance
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR and IT, translating business needs into effective HR tech solutions
  • Drive global consistency in HRIS governance while maintaining strong documentation and change control
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 15 years of HRIS/HR technology experience, or a master's degree with at least 12 years of experience
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with Workday configuration and system integrations
  • Demonstrated success in project management and designing complex, cross-module Workday solutions
  • Strong understanding of integrations, security, business processes, and data structures
  • Proven ability to operate in global, matrixed environments
