Job Summary
To strengthen responsible business conduct across operations and supply chains, the full-time Senior Manager, Human Rights Compliance will manage human rights due diligence and third-party risk compliance initiatives, translating regulatory requirements into actionable guidance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of the global human rights framework, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
- Oversee the global third-party risk and compliance operating model, including onboarding, monitoring, and governance activities
- Develop and implement training and awareness strategies for human rights and third-party compliance risks across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in human rights due diligence or responsible sourcing
- Significant knowledge of the UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights and related compliance frameworks
- Experience designing third-party risk/compliance processes in a large, matrixed organization
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into practical guidance and training materials
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with an analytical mindset for risk data analysis
