Senior Manager - I-9 Compliance

Job Summary

Leading a nationwide Homeland Security Contract, the full-time Senior Manager - I-9 Compliance will oversee I-9 audits, employment eligibility verification compliance, and program management while acting as the primary liaison between the company and Government officials in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR on all contract matters
• Manage contractor personnel supporting Form I-9 audit and worksite enforcement activities across multiple locations
• Provide leadership and performance management for Junior Compliance Officers and other assigned staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Policy, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree or 15 years with a bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience managing personnel and federal contract operations
• Direct experience supporting DHS, ICE, and HSI I-9 audits
• Extensive knowledge of Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification requirements and federal audit processes
