Senior Manager, IAM Authentication

Job Summary

Providing technical and operational leadership for enterprise authentication services, the full-time Senior Manager, IAM Authentication will oversee governance and operations across multiple Microsoft Entra ID tenants, Ping and Entra ID federation services, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO) in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Influence and drive the roadmap for enterprise authentication services, ensuring consistent security controls and service reliability
• Own and govern federation services, managing configurations and ensuring high availability and secure practices
• Establish and enforce MFA and SSO standards for enterprise applications while partnering with cybersecurity and application teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management, authentication engineering, or security engineering
• 3+ years of management experience leading technical teams
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and federation services, including SSO integrations and common protocols
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and executive audiences
