Job Summary
Leading the implementation of transformative Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, the full-time Senior Manager, IAM Operations will manage operational performance, governance, and service quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Owns end-to-end IAM service health and operational performance, including SLA/SLO achievement and incident management
- Defines operational KPIs and dashboards, using data to drive decisions and improvements in IAM capabilities
- Oversees vendor performance and manages service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service levels
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in IAM technologies and processes, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of IAM technologies and best practices, including LDAP, MFA, and IGA
- Working knowledge of IAM principles in a cloud-first environment
- Familiarity with regulations such as PCI, SOX, HIPAA, and EU-GDPR as they relate to IAM
