Senior Manager, IAM - RBAC

Job Summary

Owning the vision and execution of Marriott's Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) capability, the full-time Senior Manager, IAM - RBAC will manage governance outcomes and product delivery, ensuring scalability and compliance while driving effective lifecycle governance across roles and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the RBAC product vision, roadmap, and governance strategy, ensuring alignment with security and compliance priorities
• Manage the end-to-end RBAC lifecycle, including persona creation, modification, and decommissioning
• Define and monitor RBAC governance KPIs and lead participation in audits and access reviews

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration platforms
• 3+ years of leadership experience in RBAC governance or identity governance programs
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA
• Experience with Agile delivery models and tools such as Jira
