Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager-Identity & Access Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute a holistic IAM strategy aligned with organizational goals and best practices
Lead IAM initiatives, manage user access, and monitor compliance with policies and regulations
Deploy and manage AWS services, address audit findings, investigate incidents, and collaborate with other departments for secure access

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Professional certification such as CIAM or CIMP
5-8 years of experience in IAM or a related field, with strong technical skills and project management experience
Experience in IT security or associated field, and 8+ years leading a team and planning roadmaps
