Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management will design and oversee a comprehensive IAM strategy to secure critical systems and data while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the Identity and Access Management team, focusing on continuous improvement and talent development
• Lead the IAM function within the broader cybersecurity organization, ensuring integration of IDAM strategies across all departments and regions
• Develop and implement a global IDAM governance framework, ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards and continuous monitoring of IDAM processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in identity and access management or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience leading global IDAM programs and managing third-party vendor relationships
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IDAM technologies and experience with platforms like Okta and Microsoft Azure AD
