Job Summary
Leading production operations and service delivery, the full-time FLEX Senior Manager, IGA Operations will oversee Marriott's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) ecosystem, ensuring platform stability, service reliability, and continuous operational improvement while collaborating with various technical and business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead production operations and service delivery for IGA services, ensuring SLA achievement and operational performance
- Govern internal and external support teams, managing service reviews and performance metrics
- Drive incident management and operational readiness for new features and platform enhancements
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in leading production operations or service delivery for enterprise platforms
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise IAM and IGA platforms such as SailPoint or Okta
- Experience managing global delivery teams and vendor performance
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP are preferred
