Senior Manager, IGA Operations

Job Summary

Leading production operations and service delivery, the full-time FLEX Senior Manager, IGA Operations will oversee Marriott's Identity Governance and Administration ecosystem, ensuring platform stability, operational effectiveness, and vendor performance while managing both internal and external support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production operations for the IGA ecosystem, focusing on identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Govern internal support teams and managed service providers to ensure service reliability and SLA achievement
• Manage incident response, including major incidents and root cause analysis, to maintain production service stability

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in leading production operations and service delivery for enterprise platforms
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise IAM and IGA platforms such as SailPoint or Okta
• Experience managing global delivery teams and vendor performance
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP are preferred
