Senior Manager Implementation

Job Summary

Owning and driving the success of EMR implementations, the full-time remote Senior Manager Implementation will manage customer relationships from contract signature through go-live, ensuring project timelines are met while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to understand customer EMR environments and requirements prior to contract signing
• Own the implementation process, building project timelines, sequencing dependencies, and establishing go-live dates
• Serve as the primary contact for implementation status, proactively communicating progress and escalating risks as needed

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management within EMR implementations or related fields
• Fluency in EHR integration technicalities, including FHIR, HL7, and RESTful APIs
• Experience managing multiple concurrent EMR implementations
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira
• Background in healthcare organizations involving clinical data exchange is preferred
