Senior Manager Implementation Operations

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership to a team of Implementation leaders, the full-time Senior Manager Implementation Operations will oversee the successful implementation of products for clients, focusing on client onboarding, training, and engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client implementation process, including system development and escalation management
• Collaborate with leadership to design organizational structures and develop workforce plans for the Implementation function
• Define team vision and goals, develop KPIs, and report performance to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years in an operational management role in a high-volume, client-focused environment
• 7+ years in Project Management, with experience in task-oriented and project-driven tasks
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is preferred
• Strong communication skills and experience working with payroll and/or HR data
