Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Incident Management will architect business continuity for critical lifecycles and ensure the resilience of a global SaaS ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and safety
  • Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning goals with digital transformation initiatives
  • Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis to promote continuous learning and reduce manual toil
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with 2+ years of people management experience
  • Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles
  • Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
  • Solid grasp of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
