Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Incident Management will architect business continuity for critical financial and supply chain lifecycles while ensuring the resilience of the global SaaS ecosystem in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
  • Transition support from reactive to proactive engineering, aligning team goals with digital transformation initiatives
  • Own the Major Incident Response process, ensuring efficiency and actionable improvements during incidents
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
  • Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, and Workday
  • Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
