Senior Manager, Industry Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Industry Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a global team focused on industry expertise in AECO, D&M, and M&E sectors
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance seller and partner understanding of customer challenges and value propositions
• Design and deliver diverse enablement programs using workshops, live training, and innovative engagement methods

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications in Education, Business, or a related field is a plus
• 7 years of experience in sales enablement, industry enablement, or program management, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
• 3 years of experience leading high-performing, globally distributed teams
• 2 years of people management experience
• Deep understanding of enablement frameworks and adult learning principles
