Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the affiliate marketing program, including partner recruitment and campaign strategies
• Develop and oversee influencer marketing strategies, including partner management and content alignment
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate affiliate and influencer efforts across the customer journey

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce
• Proven track record of executing successful influencer programs with measurable results
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and influencer tools
• Strong analytical skills for tracking ROI and optimizing performance
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
