Key Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of security and identity engineers
• Provide strategic oversight for Identity and Access Management and Infrastructure Security Engineering teams
• Identify and implement security-related technical and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management as a contributor or manager
• Experience leading Identity and Access Management teams
• Familiarity with major cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, Azure, and Digital Ocean
• Experience as an incident manager during large-scale security events
• Experience working in a SaaS or product company
