Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Information Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Red Team operators, overseeing performance and project planning
• Produce and validate project plans, ensuring timely delivery and managing project resources
• Oversee budget and vendor management for Red Team tools and infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience, including 3 years as a network penetration tester or Red Team operator
• Extensive experience leading a technical Red Team
• Deep understanding of information security, computer science, and network administration
• Relevant professional certifications such as OSCP, OSCE/OSCE3, or equivalents
