Senior Manager, Information Security

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, experienced Senior Manager, Information Security to join a lean technology team either onsite in Cambridge or remotely, who will manage security operations, implement compliance controls, and oversee vendor relationships while ensuring a robust security posture in alignment with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and operate security controls across endpoint, identity, network, and cloud environments
• Translate regulatory requirements into enforceable technical controls and maintain compliance documentation
• Manage security and compliance vendors, ensuring they meet SLAs and contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in technical security within regulated industries
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as FDA/GxP, HIPAA, SOX, or SOC2
• Hands-on expertise in endpoint security, identity and access management, and cloud security
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent) for automation and integration
