Senior Manager, Infrastructure Delivery

Job Summary

Leading the successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Infrastructure Delivery will manage hybrid infrastructure environments, ensuring high-quality execution while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives supporting Commercial business capabilities
• Lead delivery planning, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Continuously assess and adjust priorities based on business demand, delivery capacity, and risk

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery, engineering, or technology program leadership
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure solutions in a hybrid environment (on-prem and cloud)
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to continually reassess work based on value, risk, and capacity
• Experience managing demand versus capacity across multiple initiatives
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and solution architecture concepts
