Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations

Job Summary

Leading a unified Infrastructure Operations function in a hybrid environment, the Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations will manage teams responsible for ensuring 24x7 operational availability, incident response, and compliance across a global network of data centers while driving automation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two teams focused on operations and security compliance, setting goals and maintaining operational excellence
• Oversee the end-to-end decommissioning lifecycle, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and managing vendor relationships
• Accountable for 24x7 incident response and operational accountability across all locations, while driving automation initiatives to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure operations or related fields, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Experience managing teams accountable to operational SLAs and familiarity with physical data center operations
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP at an operational level
• Strong program management skills with experience in managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency through process redesign or automation
