Senior Manager, Infrastructure Services

Job Summary

Leading a team of cloud engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Infrastructure Services will design, maintain, and secure the hosting platform for global SaaS products while managing team operations and facilitating cross-functional coordination in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of cloud engineers, overseeing hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
• Facilitate team stand-ups and backlog refinement, translating initiatives into actionable work items
• Serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure services requests and issues, ensuring effective communication with development teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud engineering or cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Azure
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams
• Experience operating critical production-level SaaS products and services on Kubernetes
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code, preferably Terraform
• Fluency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Python, Go) and one scripting language (e.g., Bash, PowerShell)
