Job Summary

Leading global operations in VoIP, contact center, collaboration systems, and enterprise mobility, the full-time Senior Manager, Infrastructure Services will ensure seamless communication experiences and cost optimization while managing vendor relationships and transformation initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee global mobility operations, including device lifecycle management and cost management across carriers
• Lead VoIP and collaboration systems teams, ensuring SLA adherence and managing vendor relationships
• Build strong relationships with business unit leaders to deliver tailored communication and mobility solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications
• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, unified communications, and mobility management
• 8+ years of experience managing global teams across multiple regions
