Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Insider Threat (US Federal).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security engineers focused on Insider Threat and Data Protection
• Build and mature the Insider Threat program, tooling, and capabilities
• Collaborate with partner teams to enhance processes for identifying and mitigating insider threats

Required Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and active TS/SCI with CI POLY security clearance
• 8+ years of experience in incident response, insider threat, or threat detection
• 3+ years of experience managing operational security teams
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and insider threat detection tools
