Senior Manager, Insurance Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Insurance Operations (Property & Mortgage Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hazard, flood, force-placed insurance, loss drafts, and PMI/MIP servicing activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements while managing insurance-related risks
• Lead vendor performance management, establishing SLAs and KPIs for third-party insurance providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in mortgage servicing with expertise in property insurance and escrow operations
• Proven leadership experience in managing multi-team, multi-vendor operational environments
• Strong knowledge of hazard, flood, force-placed insurance, loss drafts, and PMI/MIP requirements
• Demonstrated experience in scaling operations in high-growth or transformation environments
