Senior Manager Insurance Operations

Job Summary

Leading systems improvements and rollouts within the Insurance Operations team, the full-time Senior Manager Insurance Operations will enhance credentialing and enrollment processes, optimize software systems, and manage third-party relationships in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance credentialing and enrollment software systems to meet NCQA standards and operational needs
• Develop reporting and insights from multiple data sources to drive continuous improvement and support decision-making
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal product teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations and systems
• Proven track record in leading systems setup and optimization at a senior management level
• Experience managing relationships with product teams, including external third-party vendors
• Strong operational mindset with a background in building or improving processes and systems
• Analytical thinker with experience using data and reporting to inform decisions
