Senior Manager, Insurance Operations

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Manager, Insurance Operations will lead initiatives across policy servicing, audit readiness, and process design while managing a high-performing team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data and customer insights to optimize insurance operations
• Serve as a liaison between various departments to triage product issues and ensure alignment on operational workflows
• Manage and mentor a team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in operational practices

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in insurance operations or customer experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience collaborating with product, engineering, compliance, and customer support teams
• Deep understanding of life insurance operations, including policy administration and regulatory compliance
• Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making tools like SQL or Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, risk management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
